Walking in to the modest Sherbrook street storefront, customers at Charisma are immediately overwhelmed by the mouthwatering aromas of the cooking, and the visual elegance of the interior design. The walls are adorned with beautiful traditional Indian art and decorations.
Charisma of India also has a full drink menu including Indian beer and traditional Indian mixed drinks. To spice things up just a little bit more, we have a live belly dancer in the restaurant for entertainment every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.
Whether you know it or not, you may very well have already sampled some of Charisma's fantastic Samosas. We regularly get orders in the thousands and provide Samosas to several different grocery and dining establishments throughout Winnipeg.
It's a delight for Winnipeggers venturing out to try something new and find a new favourite.

Hey, we came to Charisma and we had an awesome time there. we really enjoyed there and the food was greatttt especially papri chat :) service was excellent. Owner of the restaurant gave us permission to dance which we enjoyed a lot.keep it up the great work guys. we will be coming there very soon :)

Overall, very nice atmosphere and good food. Would have loved to see some seafood or fish on the buffet but the goat curry was tender and delicious, and the butter chicken as good as any Indian buffet in the city, IMO. Cauliflower curry is my husband's favorite and he was very happy.
We came on a night with a bellydancer. She put on a nice show and got a few of our fellow diners up to dance, mainly from one big table that were obviously celebrating something. She tried to get me up as well but was very gracious when I refused.
I would come back again, and would love to bring a party here sometime and take advantage of the entertainment.
